ML Constructions is the one stop shop for Rental Properties in Retail & Warehousing. Originally founded by Surabhi Maheshwar Rao in 1992, ML focused on Civil works in Railway and established a solid reputation in North Western Railway over the course of the last 25+ years.

In 2002, ML Constructions ventured into Commercial Real Estate with a focus on Commercial Rentals. Over the years, we developed 5,00,000+ Sq Ft Retail & Warehouse space in Hyderabad. With a boom in Warehousing & Retail rentals being driven by increased consumption, ML believes this sector can grow hugely and is focused on spreading it's footprint across India.
